A little clarity
before you start.
When does my warranty start?
Your warranty takes effect immediately once successfully arranged. Your documents confirm the commencement details and are provided within 1 business day once payment is confirmed and all required information is received. If we cannot arrange your warranty, you receive a full refund.
What should I check before applying?
Review vehicle eligibility, covered components, exclusions, claim limits, servicing obligations, waiting periods and the final price in the applicable agreement.
What if my application cannot be arranged?
If we cannot arrange your warranty, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after payment. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable laws remain unaffected.
Is online checkout available?
Online checkout is being connected to PayPal. Until the payment service is enabled, no payment is collected and no warranty is issued. Please contact support@gwarranty.com.au.
